It is very difficult comparing two things that offer almost the same service but may differ with just some additional features together. An argument blasted before my presence between two users of this giant email service providers, concerning which of the email service providers is the best. Although i have not thought of making the result of this dialogue come out successfully, but the thoughts of comparing two businesses and being a judge between two parties, simply do not go down well with me. As usual, i really do not have the intention of supporting any, but i think you should allow me to lay down the experiences  i have encounter while using this two, and the numerous problems that may have resulted while using this two and the customer satisfaction level both parties have been able to make.

Over the past few years, yahoo have had quite an impressive number of users crowding its database on daily basis. Alot of persons have applauded their service while at the other hand, some just feel they are really not getting it right. Yahoo.com, which is one of the most used mail service providers, have had lots of challenges, following up user sign up and user registration. Yahoomail has recently been on the high side of loosing its customers to Gmail and other providers, accessing from some devices. This actually means that users get messages like “Invalid user Id or password” while trying to sign in to their  yahoo account even while putting in their correct password and id, while some just sign in without any hassle. Truly speaking, yahoo service has never been lacking till they had these encounters which has made its users redirect their ideas to other providers.The aspect of confirming their captcha verification never seems to have an end. Considering the fact that one has to go through vigorous processes before being able to pass through verification method. Besides this few points, the tech company has been able to make the lives of their users better, by providing the yahoo messenger,file transfer and a host of others that has proven to be effective. Although i truly do love their service, but i think they should put most of these things into consideration.

On the other hand, Gmail .com, which is just a fresher in the list of mail providers, owned by the google incorporation, has really witnessed a massive user registration when it comes to providing its users with services.Apart from the fact that they had to make the registration method a little bit easier, signing in to individual account, just get easier by the day. For some years, i have been making use of the Gmail service, but have witnessed only a few or no  problems. Beside the simplicity of the Gmail service, alot of privileges are also given. One has the option of disabling the captcha verification procedure while making registration and a whole lots of them. One area of the gmail service that gets me worried although it is no fault of them, is the phone verification method. In countries like Nigeria, the only form of verification during registration can only be done via a voice call and no text messages allowed except if  the account has been fully created. This is one area that has got some customers complaining, considering the faulty networks being provided in some countries. Beside this menace, the gmail service has proven to be very exclusive in great delivery and has not experience much problem compared to YAHOO. For now, i really do not know which of the network service providers you may prefer. But the fact that you can just pick out some points from my comparison can just help you out in choosing the email providers you wish to make your major accounts or not disappointing. But as for me, i do prefer both. I hope this helps!!!
