I heard of this new scholarship on board, though i have not had details of it before, i decided to share with those that wish to get scholarship for themselves. Please note that any result of this scholarship is not determined by me but by the relevant body. This project is aimed at supporting at least 5,000 indigent Nigerian students in achieving their educational aspirations by 2020, and also Promote Academic Excellence and competition as well as revert the dwindling fortune of Nigeria’s education through scholarship and or financial support incentive. This project is divided into two Phases;

  •     External Academic Marathon: for existing postgraduate and undergraduate students
  •     Internal Academic Marathon: for students taking WAEC, JAMB & NECO

External Academic Marathon

External Academic Marathon for existing postgraduate and undergraduate students, please note that the only set of people who are not among this group are those writing the internal exams (WAEC, NECO, JAMB). this year.

Scholarship Worth

  •     Emerge the overall best at the center you chose  and win 1 Million Naira (One Million Naira Only).
  •     Emerge first runner-up and win N250,000 (Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira Only) or its equivalent in kind.
  •     Emerge the second runner-up and get N150,000 (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira Only) or its equivalent.
  •     Emerge the National best at the grand National Marathon and win the ultimate price of N10,000,000 (Ten Million Naira Only).

Before you can participate in the National Grand Marathon, you must emerge as one of the three best in all of the designated centers of the federation.

All center winners must register for the National grand Marathon with 10% of the total prize won at the center.

Internal Academic Marathon
Here’s an opportunity to get your dream scholarship to study in any part of the world, win Ten Million Naira (10,000,000.00) and One Million Naira (1,000,000.00) as student with the best result nationwide and student with the best result in the state respectively in JAMB May/June WAEC and May/June NECO examinations along with other consolation amounts and prizes by simply subscribing to Academic Marathon-Student Scholarship Scheme, Nigeria.
