–> Provisional Admission Slip (Printed from your ecampus account).
–> School Fees and other Payment receipt ( Printed from your ecampus account)
–> Bank Teller
–> WAEC result (Photocopy and Original just incase)
–> Jamb result
–> Clearance Eligibility Form (Printed From your ecampus account)
–> Two passport photograph
–> Original Medical Form ( Printed from your ecampus account).
