THE University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the George Washington University, United States of America, to carry out research and improve academic performance.
Signing the MoU, the Vice chancellor of UNILORIN, Prof. AbdulGaniyu Ambali, explained that the partnership would be of benefit to both schools.
According to the representative of George Washington University, Prof. Ekundayo Shittu, the United States Government had realised that students’ exchange programmes are capable of extending the frontiers of research and knowledge. He described UNILORIN as a highly ranked university across the globe in terms of facilities, personnel and human resources.
