The Petroleum Petroleum Training Institute (PTI), Effurun management have noticed that some students and applicants are having issues trying to login into their portal/application after making payment at the bank.
The management have created a link on the students’ online dashboard to enable them requery the remitta transaction so as to resolve the issue and allow you have access to your profile/applications
Students should kindly adhere to the following steps to resolve such issues:
Re-querying Remitta Payment
→ Goto the school’s home page via – http://pti.edu.ng/
→ For Students Only; Under “Students”, Click Student login
→ For Applicants Only; Under “Application” Click Return To My Application
→ Click on ‘REQUERRY REMITTA PAYMENT’
→ Enter your RRR in the next page and Click Requery Button.
→ Click Requery Button from the transaction detail page which appeared.
→ Finally, Click on Requery Button until you the status reads Transaction Approve
→ Login back to your Application/Profile.
