The National Open University of Nigeria has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the International Professional Managers Association of the United Kingdom to equip its students to be globally competitive.

The collaboration, a statement from the university on Monday added, would offer the students the opportunity of accessing the IPMA electronic library in order to enhance their study and research.

Other benefits are integrating the university and IPMA programmes to give the students and their teachers accelerated career advancement.

The IPMA is a UK-based examining, licensing and regulatory membership – qualifying body that provides management students and workers the opportunity to improve their performance in business, industry and public administration.

The IPMA is a member of the National Academic Recognition Information Centre of the United Kingdom and is recognised in Nigeria by the Federal Ministry of Education.
