President Goodluck Jonathan during his re-election campaign at the Ibom International Stadium Uyo, Akwa Ibom State Promised to make the Maritime Academy of Nigeria Oron a University if re-elected.
“In PDP, we believe that Nigeria must move forward; if we are talking about change, let us know what kind of change and what direction,” he said.
He promised to cooperate with the next administration in AkwaIbom State to ensure the state gets its due.
According to him, PDP states has done incredibly well in terms of infrastructures which include new airports, new state universities and sports stadium, as obtained in Akwa Ibom.
He finally urged the people to massively support PDP in the coming elections.
