Students of Kwara State University, KWASU, have been charged by the institution’s Vice Chancellor, Professor AbdulRasheed Na’Allah, to shun violent acts before, during and after the elections.

Speaking at the sensitisation programme on Youth and Elections, organised by National Association of Political Science Students, NAPASS, KWASU chapter, Na’Allah urged students to guard against utterances and behaviour that could trigger violence, adding that they should exercise their civic responsibility and be good ambassadors of the community throughout the electioneering period.
