Candidates are hereby informed that JAMB has created a portal for checking of the 2017 UTME Results to make it easy for candidates to access their results.
For those who could not see their result through your portal, you can try the portal to see if your results have been released by JAMB.
Candidates who have the below issues, should please kindly check their results using the procedures below to see their results.
Issue 1: 2017 JAMB result Showing “Your result is not yet Out?”

Remember do not panic if you have not yet seen your results, cause JAMB is releasing these results in batches depending on the day you wrote your examination, so keep on checking either using your JAMB Profile or using the JAMB Result Checker to access your 2017 UTME Results.
For now Batch 1, Batch 2, Batch 3 have been officially released.
Candidates yet to check their results, below is the procedures for checking your results for free by yourself using the JAMB Result Checker.
Procedures in Checking Your 2017 JAMB result Using JAMB Result Checking Portal
1. Goto to JAMB Website
2. Under UTME Registration, Click on “Check 2017 UTME Result”
3. Or you can just access the JAMB Result Checking Portal via this link ResultChecker.
4. Input your JAMB Registration Number or Email (But JAMB Reg No Preferred)
5. Click on Check My Results, It should either Display Your Result or tell you “No Result Yet”
There are certain possible reasons your result was either withheld or seized, and they could be as a result of:
- You were involved in Malpractice
- You missed your schedule
- You were too late to the exam E.T.C.
If by chance you fall within this category and you later took part in the exam, kindly wait for your result to be released.
