I think a wrote about how to add an auto response message to your gmail account about three days ago. Today i will be sharing with you how you can successfully add a signature to your gmail account. For the benefit of those persons that may not know what a signature is, a signature is mainly contained at the footer of every mail you wish to send only if you have activated and configured  it to be so.

You can see an example of Loadedvilla signature in the image below:

One importance of this signature is that it gives your business a kind of professional look when you send mails and other electronic messages. You will not have to put your location/address or name because it will be automatically added for you at the footer of your message.

To add a signature to your Gmail account, go to settings( see image of the location of settings here)

– Locate labs and enable canned reponses

– Go to general and scroll down to where you have signature.Click signature to activate(To do that untick no signature and tick the other).

– At this stage, you can now make and adjust whatever you want your signature to look like.After you are done with this, save changes and try sending a mail.
