This is to inform all members of the public that the Federal Polytechnic Nekede has officially released her FedPoly Nekede 2014/2015 supplementary admission list of successful candidates and by this notice, all interested candidates are expected to check out the details of the list by following the below mentioned information below.

Note that the Federal Polytechnic Nekede invites applications from prospective students who participated in the 2014/2015 Post-UTME Screening Test of the institution, for National Diploma (ND) supplementary admission into the following Departments;
1. Taxation
2. Dispensing Optometry
3. Pharmaceutical Technology
4. Mechatronics Engineering Technology
5. Fisheries Technology
6. Arts & Design
7. Hospitality Management
8. Agricultural Technology
Admission Requirements:

A. Taxation (National Diploma) – SSCE or its equivalent with at least five credit passes including English Language, Mathematics and any other three subjects from the following: Economics/Commerce, Business Method, Principles of Accounts, Literature in English, History, Statistics, Geography, Government, Agricultural Science/Biology obtained at not more than two sittings. JAMB Subjects combination: English, Maths, Economics, and any other subject.

B. Dispensing Optometry (National Diploma) – Five credit level passes in SSCE or its equivalent at not more than two sittings. The five subjects must include Maths, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology. A pass in English is compulsory. Successful completion of Pre-National Diploma in science courses in a programme duly approved by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE). JAMB subject combination: English and any three of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Maths.

C. Pharmaceutical Technology (National Diploma) – Five credit level passes in SSCE or its equivalent. The five subjects must include Maths, Chemistry, Biology and any other two subjects plus at least passes in Physics and English Language. JAMB subjects combination: English and any three of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths.

D. Mechatronics Engineering Technology (National Diploma) – Five credit level passes in SSCE or its equivalent. The Five subjects must include Maths, Physics, and any three from Biology/Agric, Chemistry, Technical Drawing/Metal works, English, Geography/Economics, Further Maths. A pass in English is required. JAMB subjects combination: English, Maths, Physics and Chemistry.

E. Fisheries Technology (National Diploma) – Five credit level passes in SSCE or its equivalent. The five subject must include Biology/Agric, Chemistry, and any three subjects from: Statistics, Geography, Maths, English, Economics/Commerce, Government, Physics. A pass in English Language is required. JAMB subjects combination: English, Chemistry, Biology/Agric and any of Maths, Physics, Economics.

F. Arts & Design (National Diploma) – Five credit passes in SSCE or its equivalent. The five subjects must include Maths, physics/Chemistry and any three subjects from Geography, Economics, Technical Drawing/Fine arts, Woodwork, Metal works, Building/Engineering Drawing, Biology/Agric, English, Physics, Chemistry. A pass in English is required. JAMB subject combination: English and any three of social science, Physical science and Art Subjects.

G. Hospitality Management (National Diploma) – Five credit passes in SSCE or its equivalent. The five subjects must include Maths, English, Biology/Agric, and any two subjects from Food & Nutrition, Economics, Physics, Chemistry, Home Economics and any social science subject. JAMB subject combination: English and any three of Chemistry, Biology/Agric, Maths, Physics, on social science subject.

H. Agricultural Technology (National Diploma) – Five credit level passes of SSCE or its equivalent at not more than two sittings. The five subjects must include Biology/Agricultural Science, Maths, and any three of the following. Geography, Food and Nutrition, Economics, Technical Drawing, English Language, Physics, Chemistry, Nigerian Language, Home Economics. At least credit passes in English Language and Chemistry are compulsory. JAMB subject combination: Biology/Agric science, chemistry and any other science subject.

Method of Application
All payments for admission are made through e-transact at the following designated banks nationwide at the cost of five thousand naira (N5,000).
