FUBK News: The Federal University Birnin Kebbi (FUBK) has admitted students into over 24 various degree programmes including Nursing Science,Geology,Applied Geophysics,Architecture,Building,Demography and Social Statistics.
This is contained in a statement signed by the Information and Public Relations Officer of the university, Jamilu Magaji and made available to LEADERSHIP in Birnin Kebbi yesterday.
The statement said barely one year after the commencement of academic activities in 2014, the newly established Federal University Birnin Kebbi (FUBK), has laid solid foundation towards genuine academic culture of excellence.
“ FUBK has recently admitted students into 24 various degree programmes including Nursing Science, Geology, Applied Geophysics, Architecture, Building, Demography and Social Statistics among others for 2015/2016 academic session,”he said.
Magaji said although new universities might have been inundated with take-off challenges in providing conducive learning atmosphere, the university had made massive transformation and development.
