In a recent news by the African Independent Television, Nigeria has finally been able to contain the Ebola Virus. In a simple word, it means that Nigeria is able to control and manage the Ebola Virus so far. Is a great news and we appreciate the efforts of the Federal Government of Nigeria.

But the bigger problem that is currently experienced is the date of resumption of schools which was fixed for the 22nd of September 2014. Do you think Nigeria is prepared enough to take such a risk after recovering from the dilemma of the Ebola Virus? Remember, if Ebola virus has been contained in Nigeria, it does not actually mean that the Health sector has been able to curb all Tom, Dick and Harry having it in a country with a population of One Hundred and Sixty million people.

Personally, i think more measures should be put inĀ  place in our schools in other to mitigate the spread if not totally eliminate its chances of existing in Africa and the world at large. I think the Federal Government should look into possible ways to provide the tools needed to control the situation.
