The Caleb University Foundation Programme is designed to prepare students for the examinations conducted by the consortium of the Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB), University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos for the 2014/2015 Academic Session. Highly successful candidates after an approved examination are eligible for consideration for direct admission into the 200 level of the Degree programme of the Caleb University or University of Lagos through JAMB (Joint Admission and Matriculation Board). Successful candidates will be required to obtain the JAMB Direct Entry Form and fulfill the minimum O’Level requirement for each programme.

CALEB UNI. FOUNDATION PROGRAMME 2014/2015 ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 5 credits obtained in two sitting at the SSCE/WASCE, GCE/O’LEVEL, NECO with results obtained before registration.

MODE OF APPLICATION FOR CALEB UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION PROGRAMME 2014/15

Application forms can be obtained from any University Marketer or downloaded from the Caleb University Website www.calebuniversity.edu.ng on the payment of a fee of N10,000.00 (in bank draft made payable to Caleb University, Imota, Lagos) from the designated Submission Centres listed below.

Completed application forms should be submitted at any of the following designated Centres on or before January 9, 2015. Those who downloaded the form from the website should pay a sum of N10,000.00 ( in bank draft made payable to Caleb University, Imota, Lagos) on submission of their applications.

Alternatively, the application fee of N10,000.00 could be paid into any branch of Sterling Bank Plc (Account No. 0020022195).

NB: A copy of the bank teller (photocopy not accepted) should be submitted with the application.
