The Auchi Polytechnic Matriculation Ceremony for the 2016/2017 academic session has been scheduled.

All students with the members of the public are hereby informed that the Matriculation Ceremony has been scheduled as follows;
Date: Friday 28th April, 2017
Time: 10:00 am
Venue: The Polytechnic Sports Complex.

Notice To Students

All matriculating students are to pay the sum of Six Hundred Naira (N 600.00) only each at the Skye Bank (Main Campus), Auchi Polytechnic to enable them hire academic gowns and caps which MUST be worn for the ceremony.

Matriculating students should present their bank tellers for the Six Hundred Naira (N 600.00) only to the Cash Office in the Bursary Department of the Polytechnic to obtain the Polytechnic receipts.

The receipts should then be presented to their respective School Officers before the collection of the academic gowns and caps as from Tuesday 25th April, 2017.

Please note that all matriculating students are expected to be seated at the venue, robed in their gowns and caps at 9.00am on the scheduled day (Friday 28th April, 2017).

Matriculated students are to return their gowns and caps to their respective School Officers not later than 3.00pm on Friday, 28th April, 2017.
