All students of the Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU) hereby informed that the course registration and the school fees payment for the 2016/2017 academic session deadline date have been extended.
The closing date for the course registration and school fee payment which was scheduled on Friday 10th March, 2017 have been extended to end Friday 17th March, 2017 midnight hours.
Students are also informed that there will be a late registration payment for those that were unable to meet up with the deadline date.
The late registration payment will begin from Monday 20th March, 2017 and will end Friday 31st March, 2017; the late registration payment will attract a penalty fee of N5,000 .
Any student, who for any reason is not able to meet the above deadline, is advised to apply through their respective Head of Department, for deferment of studies.
Also, any student who had between Monday 13th March, 2017 and Tuesday 14th March, 2017 made any fee payment (with the penalty surcharge) into the University account, is required to write a letter to the University for a refund of the said penalty fee.
