The Niger State Government has approved the take-off of an Air Force secondary school at Gusase in the Bosso Local Government Area.
The Commissioner for Education, Alhaji Danladi Abdulhamid, made this known in Minna after the state’s executive council meeting on Thursday.
According to him, the construction of some classroom blocks have already commenced at the site of the project.
Apart from a two blocks of six classrooms now ready, the commissioner stated that another one block of three classrooms had reached advanced stage.
Abdulhamid noted that besides paying N16m compensation to the landowners, the state government would construct an administrative block as well as provide furniture for the school.
