This is the latest reaching us from me from the UNN. Pleased to inform you that the Pro-Chancellor,Mr. Emmanuel Chukwuka Ukala (SAN), has established a N2,000,000 Special scholarship Fund for indigent students of the University of Nigeria.
The grant is meant to assist indigent students whose studentship would be truncated due to lack of funds to either pay school fees or fund their thesis and would be disbursed on a one-off basis.
The fund will be provided for the four years of his tenure as Pro-Chancellor/Chairman, Governing Council of the University of Nigeria.
