Please note that the Venue for the MTN foundation scholarship Phase 5 Aptitude Test is in the Federal Polytechnic , Nekede, Owerri, Imo State. MTN Foundation Scholarship exam will be holding on Tuesday, 21st October, 2014 BY 9:00am.
Below are the lists of requirements for the 2014 MTN Foundation Scholarship Phase 5 Aptitude Test.
Candidates are expected to come along with the following documents to the test venue. This includes:
= A print out of there invitation
= Two passports photographs (Not more than three months old)
= Admission letter for there Tertiary institution attended or any other relevant authority
= Drivers license or an international passport. Alternatively, you can come with of the National identity card (Come along with a photocopy and the original.
Special Instructions To Students sitting for the Test
Please be advised on the following:
• This notification/invitation for the test cannot be transferred. Any attempt to do so will result in automatic disqualification
• Candidates should arrive early at the venue for accreditation purposes.
• All requested documents are to be submitted in the order listed to prevent delay in the accreditation process
• The aptitude test will be administered electronically
• The use of electronic devices (such as mobile phones, calculator etc.) is prohibited and will not be allowed in the examination hall.
• Please note that family members, friends, chaperones or escorts who accompany the candidate are not permitted to wait or loiter at the venue
• Since all the payments under the Scheme will be made via the Diamond Y’ello Account (DYA), successful candidates will be required to open a DYA to receive funds from MTNF.
