The following are the details of the School’s calender for this academic session:

– August 22nd – October 31st, 2012
Screening and Registration of fresh students
– September 24th – November 11th, 2012 (7
weeks) Registration of all returning students
– November 12th – 25th, 2012 (2 weeks)
Late registration/editing of registration to be determined by DSA Returning students move into residence
To be determined by DSA Orientation programme for fresh students.
– November 12th, 2012 Lectures begin.
– February 15th, 2013 (14 weeks) Lectures end.
– November 30th, 2012 Matriculation Ceremony
– January 8th, 2013 Convocation Lecture.
– January 16th, 2013 Convocation Ceremony
– January 17th, 2013 Convocation Ceremony
– February 18th – 22th February, 2013 (1 week)
Lecture free week.
– January 28th – February 1st, 2013 (1
week) First Semester Foundation Examination
– February 25th – March 9th, 2013 (2weeks) Undergraduate exams in all Faculties
– March 11th – 16th, 2013 (1 week)
Examination in core courses in Faculty of Education
– March 16th, 2013 Students depart to their various homes.
– March 18th – 29th, 2013 First Semester break
– March 28th, 2013 Consideration of results by commences
– April 24, 2013 Senate meeting for consideration of results.
