Something might have inspired this topic today. If we have been making posts on daily basis, ranging on a variety of topics like scholarship, jobs,education news, university new etc, then we believe that every student we do it for should have a moral high standard. No student becomes successful after playing with the dangers of cultism while in school or out of school.
What Inspired This Topic?
Today i woke up with so many topics floating in my mind, but thoughts of some guys and young promising students who have lost there lives as a result of playing cultism just flashed through my mind. I won’t totally blame you for joining a cult but i blame you.
If you observe carefully, a lot of lives have been lost as a result of cultism. Students are killed as rival cult group revenge the death of a fellow cult member and vice versa. Instead of violence, can you choose education? instead of killing one another over things of this world, can you choose the Bible or the Koran? there is something that really strikes my mind when ever i hear events of lives lost during a cult clash.
A Story I Must ShareYou can imagine how a young boy of 22 years was brutally murdered by a rival cult group, tied with a 7 inches block, wrapped tightly in a strong sheet and dumped into a creek to sink and decay. Unfortunately, the body was unable to float in the water as a result of the blocks on it. The body was later discovered a week later, already decomposing with eyes, and some other vital parts eaten by vultures or crabs; Gods knows what has done that. Now the moral question is ” Why was he killed”? Cultism. Rival groups revenged and he was the victim of that revenge. Do you want to continue living such a life you are not guaranteed of? the ball is in your court. You must not belong to any group for you to be successful.
Cultism has taken the lives of many young people and i would not love that to happen to you. Preach to someone today about the dangers of cultism and you will see that the change Nigeria needs to grow starts with you.
