Responsibilities
- Responsibility and development of the after sales business within the business center
- Active control and sale of service products
- Development of service concepts for customers
- Coordination of Staff Training
- Managing and monitoring of the service division
- Ongoing compliance and enhancement ofthe processes
- Secure health and safety standards
- Strategic staffing of our local service crews in the region
- Identification of local market needs
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Project Management or comparable education
- Profound knowledge of products and technologies in the beverage and packaging industries
- Leadership experience
- Highly customer-oriented and reliable partner
- Powerful, good communication skills, team working and flexible
- Comparable experience in a former position
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Fluent command of English; Other languages would be a plus
- Profound knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel and Power point and SAP)
