Job Summary
- Our client is operating a warehouse and needs a competent operational manager will be responsible for building relationships with warehousing companies, ensuring adherence to operational and quality standards; creating and implementing service delivery that meets agreed service levels with customers.
Responsibilities
- Engage with warehouse operations team
- Plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Work with third party tech team backend
- Manage, meet, and engage client
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Review backend
- Perform quality controls and monitor warehouse KPIs
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service

Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager in a warehouse
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
