Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Duties & Responsibilities
- To provide comprehensive secretarial support and assistance to the CRO in the discharge of his duties
- Schedules appointments on behalf of the CRO and ensuring that his meetings are held and records kept accordingly and agreed decisions circulated
- Prepare memos, letters, and miscellaneous correspondence on behalf of the CRO
- Logs and distributes incoming messages to the CRO promptly
- Receives and responds to correspondences
- Manages the calendar of the CRO.
- Maintains and updates files, takes down minutes of meetings when necessary.
- Co-ordinates conference and travel arrangements, prepares itineraries and expense reports.
Job Requirements
- BSc / HND in Social Science or any other related field
- 0 – 2 years work experience.
- Female Preferred.
Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 monthly.
