Job Brief

• We are looking for an Instrumentation Technician to join our Instrumentation team.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:

• Instrumentation engineers is responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing and maintaining equipment which is used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery and processes.
• Performing Detailed Calibration and Recalibration of Field Instruments – Ft, Pt, Tt, Lt and Control Valves.
• Programing Controllers, Work on Actuators, Solenoid Controlled Valves, Electro-Pneumatic Valves, Temperature Sensors, E.T.C
• Installation And Commissioning of Field Instruments.
• Monitoring The Compressor, Feed Water Level and Softener Operations.
• To ensure that all these systems and processes operate effectively, efficiently and safely.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / NCE qualification.
• Minimum of 8 years work experience.

Should Have excellent knowledge in:

• Advance process control (APC).
• Distributed control systems (DCS).
• Programmable logic controllers Siemens S7 1500 And 300 (PLC)
• Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA).
• Troubleshooting Plc. Panels.
• Excellent Working in PID’s and fine-tuning control Loops.
