Job Title: Infectious Diseases Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short- and long-term business plans for infectious diseases products (e.g., antibiotics, antivirals, antifungals, vaccines).
• Identify market opportunities and unmet needs across public and private sectors.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, donor programs (e.g., Global Fund, PEPFAR), and healthcare institutions.
• Lead the sales team to achieve commercial targets, including revenue, market share, and penetration of key products.
• Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with local epidemiology and global strategies.
• Conduct training and mentoring of field force to enhance disease knowledge and sale effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), infectious disease specialists, and government stakeholders.
• Represent the company in relevant public health forums, conferences, and advisory boards.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibilities for the infectious diseases portfolio.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and ethical marketing standards.
