Responsibilities

• Research current market trends and customer preferences in the real estate industry.
• Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with business objectives and property listings.
• Creating and managing original text and visual content to showcase properties, and engaging with potential buyers and sellers.
• Maintaining a consistent company image to meet sales goals and enhance property listings.
• Establishing specific sales targets and providing reports on performance and achievements.
• Generating, editing, and sharing compelling property listings daily across various platforms.
• Monitoring market conditions and property metrics to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, property management, and finance, to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
• Engaging with potential clients, addressing inquiries promptly, and managing client relationships.
• Driving property inquiries and sales through effectively implementing sales strategies and meeting sales targets.
• Overseeing the design of property listings and marketing materials.
• Proposing and implementing new features to enhance property visibility and attract buyers and sellers.

Key Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• 5+ years of mid-level work experience as a Sales Executive
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience in real estate sales
• A strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships and closing deals.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market, property types, pricing trends, and legal regulations.
• Familiarity with CRM software or sales management tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
