Job Summary / Role Description

• He assists the Material Controller for material management at Site.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsibilities will be related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivering a variety of  materials, equipment and supplies;
• To consign materials to Subcontractors, according to the instructions given by the Material Controller;
• To keep records about the handling of materials using the Company software systems; To perform feasibility analysis by the Company software system;
• To maintain the inventory of unused material for sale.

Knowledge & Qualifications

• Any relevant University Degree.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience

Skills and Abilities:

• Fluent English;
• Excellent IT and analytical skills;
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills;
• Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills. Self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution;
• Attention to detail, and the ability to read and draft blueprints (as-builts), negotiation / customer relation skills, strong communications and interpersonal skills, leadership skills.
