As our Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning staff, ensuring that all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in facility cleaning management.
Responsibilities
Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety and code of conduct
Implement work plans and assign tasks team members
Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards.
Ensure staff coordinate themselves professionally at all times
Requirements
Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role in facilities management.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license is a plus
