• We are looking for a proactive Training Coordinator to organize and oversee employee training programs.
• Responsibilities include scheduling training sessions, preparing training materials, coordinating with trainers, and tracking employee progress.
• The role also involves evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives and ensuring compliance with company goals.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc in a relevant field with 2 – 4 years work experience.
• Ideal candidates should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and experience with learning management systems (LMS).

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
