Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to manage strategic relationships within the Banking and Finance sector.
• The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in sales, key account management, and a proven track record of engaging with high-level stakeholders.
• This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue, while ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare services to clients in the Banking and Finance industry.

Responsibilities

• Account Management & Growth: Manage and grow relationships with key clients in the Banking and Finance sector, ensuring long-term engagement and customer satisfaction.
• Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell the Company’s healthcare services.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients, engaging with senior decision-makers and understanding their needs to offer tailored healthcare solutions.
• Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms align with both client expectations and organizational goals.
• Client Retention: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Clinical, and Marketing) to ensure seamless delivery of services and address any client challenges.
• Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and the specific healthcare needs of the Banking and Finance sector to identify business opportunities.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on account performance, including sales forecasts, client feedback, and service delivery metrics.
• Client Engagement & Loyalty: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster retention and generate additional business opportunities.

Requirements

• 5-7 years in sales, key account management, or business development, with a preference for experience in healthcare services or the Banking and Finance sector.
• Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing accounts.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to assess market trends and client needs, providing strategic insights to guide business decisions.
• Education: A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification is an advantage.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Banking and Finance sector, particularly its healthcare needs and challenges.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
