Our client is launching a B2B global payout service and a licensed IMTO service, and is seeking a highly organized and execution-oriented Chief of Staff / Program Manager to join the Founders’ Office.
This role is key in translating strategic directives into actionable plans, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the timely execution of high-priority initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic execution and program management for Founders’ Office initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on priorities and drive execution
Track progress, manage reporting, and identify potential roadblocks
Organize key stakeholder meetings and follow up on action items.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
8+ years’ experience in program/project management or Chief of Staff roles
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to influence across all levels without direct authority.
