We are launching a B2B global payout service and a licensed IMTO service; and is looking for a seasoned Head of Business Development & Growth to lead strategic partnership initiatives and drive business expansion across the global financial ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement business development and partnership strategies.
Identify and engage potential partners including banks and financial institutions.
Lead negotiations and manage long-term partner relationships.
Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners and internal teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
10+ years’ experience in business development or partnership roles in financial services.
Strong understanding of cross-border payments, embedded finance, and regulatory frameworks.
