Major Responsibilities

• Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, topics, and best practices.
• Brainstorm and come up with innovative content ideas that align with the brand’s goals and target audience.
• Write, design, and produce high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, podcasts, and more.
• Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content publication.
• Distribute content across various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and websites.
• Promote content through paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and other marketing tactics.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s messaging and values.
• Manage and maintain brand assets, including logos, images, and videos.

Requirements

• BSc / HND in Computer science, Business Administration Marketing, or any relevant field.
• Proven experience in Content Creator role, preferably in the Real Estate Sector.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem solving and Leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Social media software.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
