The Assistant Bar man will collaborate with the bar manager to ensure seamless operations, monitor stock levels, and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Efficiently managing inventory, conducting regular stock audits, and maintaining accurate records of bar supplies.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE. But additional qualification will be an added advantage.
Must know how to read and write with basic professional skills in bar stock taking and records
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
