Surjen Healthcare is an alumnus of Founders Institute, Abuja chapter. Surjen has served more than 10000+ customer since its launch in July 2020.

Job Summary

• To build its local and international patient referral system from Nigeria for advance treatments like Cancer, Neuro Surgeries, organ Transplants, Cardiac Surgeries etc.
• Surjen is looking for marketing managers with experience in healthcare / pharmaceutical marketing for Abuja.

Job Description
Leads Generation and Management:

• Target Clients:
  • Patients, Healthcare professionals, Clinics, Hospitals, Labs, HMO’s, key decision makers in public& private organisations.
• Business Leads: Health related queries:
  • Aggressively identify targets to generate business leads.
  • Manage and convert leads.
  • Visiting potential clients.
  • Keeping records of leads and continuous follow-up.

Revenue Generation and Targets:

• Meets or exceeds monthly revenue targets.
• Planning and budgeting of growth and revenue generation (Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly)

Relationship building and Networking:

• Develop and maintains strong relationships with target clients in Nigeria.
• Timely response to client’s queries, while providing them with the proper information and appropriate solution as per their healthcare requirements.
• Maintain the highest level of client’s satisfaction within the accounts in your territory.
• Maintain a positive, professional ‘total customer service’ attitude and demonstrate the company’s core values.
• Resolves problems and handles complaints in a timely manner

Other duties as assigned:

• Organising and assisting in Medical Camps and CME
• Work directly under the country manager with day-to-day reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree, HND, ND or its equivalent preferably but not necessarily in Marketing
• 3 – 5 years working in Healthcare/Pharmaceutical/Medical Equipment/Services Industry
• Proven Track record.

Additional Information:

• Experience in generating and executing on marketing ideas.
• Understanding of our target audience and how to reach them.
