Job Description
- Dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring correct dosage and administration instructions.
- Provide pharmacological information to healthcare professionals and counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
- Monitor patient medication therapies for effectiveness and safety, intervening as necessary.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring medication availability and proper storage conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy.
- Licensed Pharmacist with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- In-depth knowledge of drug administration, drug interactions, and pharmacy law.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong ethical standards.
