Job Description

- Act as a mentor and provide guidance to nursing staff, promoting professional development and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field, with acurrent Registered Nurse license.
- At least 3 years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 1year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient care.
