Job Description

• Onboarding new enterprise banking Customers and proactive relationship management Engagement.
• Daily sales monitoring and reporting, Track percentage conversion ratio, Monitor proactive sales leads, Monitor specified sales and cross sell target.
• Dormant accounts reactivation.
• Cross selling the bank’s products and services to existing customers.
• Handling of customers complaint Improve customer experience and grow the bank’s share of wallet by proactively engaging the customer via telephone/email/web chat for more pocket share.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Type of Qualification: First Degree
• Field of Study: Finance, Accounting and all courses under social sciences (ACCA or ACA or master’s would be an added advantage).
• At least 5 – 7 years’ experience is required in frontline banking, Relationship Management Commercial banking and Business banker, with products and services. Experience with handling and organizing large data.
• Previous portfolio management experience servicing a portfolio for Business or Commercial Banking clients. Experience in a Branch sales and/or service role. Experience in preparing Credit motivations and understanding of lending principles.
