Description 

• Our client is preparing to go to market for a new ERP system covering Finance and HR.
• They are seeking an experienced ERP System Selection & Assessment Consultant to lead us through the process, ensuring we select the right solution to support our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end ERP selection process, from requirements gathering to vendor assessment and selection.
• Provide insights into ERP solutions, leveraging knowledge of different platforms and technologies.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations with clarity and confidence.
• Ensure alignment with best practices and industry standards while considering local and regional requirements.
• Support initial implementation planning and transition strategy.

Key Requirements

• Big 4 consulting experience with exposure to ERP selection and implementation.
• Extensive experience working across Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA). Demonstrable experience of international best practice.
• Strong understanding of finance and HR ERP systems and their impact on business operations.
• Hands-on experience leading the full ERP lifecycle, from selection to implementation.
• Strategic thinker with excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to operate with gravitas at C-suite level.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution (local or international education).

Rate
$350 – $500 per day (depending on experience).
