Job Title: Cook (African Dishes)

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Prepares foods to the specifications of the client
• Prepares food before the arrival of guests
• Makes adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns
• Manages other employees in the kitchen
• Portions, arranges, and garnishes food based on client preference
• Devises new recipes
• Estimates expected food consumption and
• Orders new menu items for specials or cheap deals
• Meets with customers to ensure a great meal experience
• Prepares any necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins
• Offers a creative menu to compete with other local restaurants

Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification in Food Management and Technology, Culinary Art.
• Organizational Skills, and Verbal Communication
• Must reside in Ikorodu and environs
• Culinary Arts
• Kitchen Equipment Knowledge
• Knowledge of African dishes
• Must be a good cook
• Must be wiling to work shift.

Salary
N40,000 / Month.
