Responsibilities

• Craft and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with overall brand and business goals.
• Identify key target audiences and tailor digital campaigns to meet their needs and behaviours.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for digital initiatives.
• Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
• Oversee the creation and execution of A/B tests to refine campaign strategies and optimize performance.
• Monitor and adjust campaigns in real-time to maximize ROI and meet marketing objectives.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
• Manage content calendars for social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and on-brand voice.
• Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and foster positive interactions with consumers.
• Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce high-quality, engaging content for digital channels.
• Oversee the development of digital assets, including videos, graphics, blog posts, and email newsletters.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging, tone, and values.
• Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to track and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and conversion rates.
• Conduct regular analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
• Present findings to senior management with actionable recommendations.
• Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring that all initiatives are cost-effective and deliver measurable results.
• Allocate resources efficiently across channels and campaigns to maximize impact.
• Track expenditures and provide regular updates on budget status to leadership.

Requirements

• A minimum of Bachelor Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field
• 5 – 7 years of work experience, 2 of which should be a managerial role.
• Excellent Communications Skill
• Strong Interpersonal and People.
