Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Operations, Maintenance & Administration (OAM) support of the CRM tool (Siebel) and platform
• Responsible for ensuring communications with other departments within the organization regarding Siebel are maintained
• Participate in user functional requirements gathering activities
• Partake in User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and Operation Readiness Tests (ORT)
• Ensure all Siebel components are fully operational
• Responsible for ensuring agreed SLAs are maintained with internal customers
• Responsible for interfacing with 3rd party supplier on all Siebel issues
• Responsible for Software upgrades and patches
• Responsible for assisting with the development of processes and procedures and ensuring they are adhered to.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• B.Sc / B.Eng. Computer Science / Engineering, or Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Statistics, Management Information Systems or any Physical Sciences with a minimum of 2nd Class Upper.
• 2-5 years’ experience in major Customer facing environment
• Experience of supporting a Customer Care or Call Centre environment an advantage
• Conversant with mobile network architecture
• Experience supporting business or CRM applications
• Knowledge of Windows 2000, UNIX, Oracle RDBMS and network fundamentals
• Knowledge of any CRM preferred, Siebel an advantage
• Use of Microsoft products: Word, Excel.
