Key Responsibilities

• Develop software according to functional and technical design specifications and maintain an approach that serves to recognize potential design gaps and provide insight into closing them
• Change request management on applications, software update, upgrades and patches
• Ensure agreed OLA5 and SLA5 are maintained with customers.
• Assess, troubleshoot, document, upgrade and develop maintenance procedures for potential performance issues, reusability, and/or anomalies
• Assess, troubleshoot, document, upgrade and develop maintenance procedures for potential performance issues, reusability, and/or anomalies
• Create efficient, scalable, reusable middle tier logic using any of ASP.NET, VB.NET, Classic ASP, XML C, C#, JavaScript, Python arid other languages as needed.
• Create and design databases, views, stored procedures, T-SQL statements and user- defined functions of varying complexity with a “best practices” approach to keys, indices and relationships in SQL Server.
• Technical documentation of systems
• Contribute to Organization’s quality processes and strive to achieve continuous improvement.
• Have a good understanding of enterprise applications.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• B.Sc / B.Eng. in Computer Science / Engineering, or Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Statistics, Management Information Systems or any Physical Sciences (a minimum of 2nd Class Upper).
• Good experience supporting any CTI tool in dynamic live environments
• Conversant with Cell center operations and trends in the telecommunication industry
• Good experience supporting critical business applications,
• Excellent working knowledge of C#, ASP.Net & JavaScript (JQuery/Ajax)
• Excellent working knowledge of Windows OS, UNIX/Linux , Oracle Microsoft SQL, MYSOL
• Good technical understanding of enterprise applications (ERP5, Finance applications etc)
• Ability to Deploy Web/Windows Service Applications on Windows Servers.
