Candidate must be a graduate of a tertiary institution, or an adequate Diploma in a Catering subject. Health and Safety or Food Hygiene qualifications are necessary.
Minimum of seven (7) years working experience in an international school environment.
Strong supervisory arid interpersonal skills, with an ability to multi-task.
Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral format
Knowledge of food preparation, presentation and customer service.
