The Role

• We are looking for an experienced and motivated Territory Manager to oversee and drive sales across a designated region.
• In this role, you will lead a team of sales agents, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure that sales targets are met while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Field Sales Agents to achieve sales objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to your territory’s market dynamics.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular field visits to support the sales team and assess market conditions.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales campaigns and product offerings.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, trends, and forecasts.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong background in financial services or lending products is preferred.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and drive strategic decision-making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
