- Candidate should possess a minimum of Second Class Honours (Lower Division) Degree in Humanities or any other qualification approved by the Rayhaan University obtained from a recognized institution
- NYSC Certificate and evidence of Computer Literacy.
- Candidate shall be subjected to interview that may require writing and ICT competency examination.
