Job Description
Inventory Management:

• Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of materials and equipment.
• Ensure proper storage of items in an organized and secure manner.
• Maintain updated records of stock levels and prepare stock reports.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with inventory records.
• Tag and label inventory for easy identification and tracking.

Issuing & Receiving Items:

• Issue materials and equipment as requested by departments or event teams.
• Monitor items going out for events and ensure proper return and condition post-event.
• Report missing or damaged items and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

Store Maintenance:

• Keep the store clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Ensure proper handling and safety of fragile and high-value items.
• Implement storage best practices to prevent damage or loss.

Record-Keeping & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate documentation for all stock movement (in and out).
• Prepare periodic inventory reports for management.
• Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on upcoming events.

Qualifications & Requirements

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 2+ years experience as a store keeper, preferably in an events, logistics, or hospitality company.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and tools.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, inventory software).
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items when necessary.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 / Month.
