Job Description

• Greet and assist customers with cake selections, product information, and order pickups.
• Maintain clean and attractive display counters and ensure cakes and pastries are properly presented.
• Monitor stock levels on the shop floor and restock shelves, fridges, and displays as needed.
• Ensure the shop floor, including counters, glass cases, and floors, is kept tidy and sanitized regularly.
• Support in packaging cakes and pastries professionally and hygienically.
• Assist with simple cashier duties when required (POS operation, processing payments).
• Handle customer inquiries and escalate complaints to the appropriate supervisor.

Requirements

• OND or equivalent; previous experience in a retail or food environment is an advantage.

Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 monthly.
