Job Title: Sales / Inventory Officer

Locations: Akute – Ogun and Berger – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Sales Duties:

• Assist customers in selecting household items and provide product information.
• Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise revenue.
• Maintain visual merchandising and restock shelves as needed.

Inventory Duties:

• Monitor stock levels and ensure shelves are adequately stocked at all times.
• Receive and inspect incoming stock for accuracy and quality.
• Record all stock movements accurately (stock-in, stock-out, damages, returns).
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement to reorder low-stock items.
• Ensure proper labelling and organisation of inventory.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1 – 3 years of experience in retail sales and inventory management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory software.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
